This series of elbow forming machine is mainly designed for cold forming carbon steel,stainless steel elbow with curvature of 1.0D to 1.5D and with diameter from 1/2 "to 20 ". These elbows are widely used in the connection of industrial of pipeline for the petrochemical,gas and oil pipes,electrical ,food,etcForming principle:pipe is push into forming cavity by ejector rod,the cavity is equipped with inner core,then strip by stripping device.Main features:1.good appearance and steady performance2.It has individual power construction and electrical system,adops PLC botton centralzed control,which can be conveniently adjuste and opereated both manually and automatically.
Forming principle:tube in the external cavity mode locking of the tunnel was hydraulic roof paragraph from the guide rod into the set up within the core of the forming chamber bending by the removal material ejection device,all adopt by PLC intelligent operation.
